• Service Management: Economics and Operations: This is an MBA elective course that takes an integrated viewpoint toward managing service firms with emphasis both on the operations and economics. Some of the topics covered are: service strategy, efficient service delivery, influencing customer behavior, effective resource planning, managing service quality and recovery, pricing theory, and yield management.
  • Stochastic Foundations: A doctoral-level course designed to provide students with foundations of applied probability and stochastic models with a view toward Operations Management applications. The course covers a wide range of topics including laws of large numbers, renewal and regenerative processes, Markov chains, Martingales and Brownian motion.
In the past, I have taught the core Operations Management module in the Master of Business for Veterans and Undergraduate programs and a doctoral-level course on Revenue Management.
